Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Facerinna. We want you to feel confident with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.

Returns Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products are not eligible for return.

🇪🇺 EU & UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note: This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery, including skincare and cosmetic products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at ac@facerinna.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email ac@facerinna.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address if approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer standard exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, especially if you are shipping an item over $50. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and Facerinna is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
