Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Facerinna. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process and delivery timelines for orders within Europe, North America, Oceania, and Japan.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions only:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Luxembourg
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • Japan

Orders outside these regions are not supported at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary by destination:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Japan: 6–12 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, severe weather, carrier peak seasons, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on qualifying orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes may apply once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer (buyer). Facerinna is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order within 24 hours of creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Address Accuracy & Modifications

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, notify us immediately via email at ac@facerinna.com. We can correct this within 24 hours of placing the order. Any additional costs arising from delayed delivery or address modifications due to buyer error will be borne by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update.
  • Helpful Hint: Local carriers typically deliver on workdays (Mon–Fri). It is best to provide an address where you can receive the package during these days and keep your phone accessible.
  • If we shipped to your provided shipping address and the carrier provides delivery confirmation (or a signature file), Facerinna does not take responsibility if the package is subsequently lost or stolen from your property.

Item Arrived Damaged

We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, rare damages can occur due to mail service mistreatment. If your item arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and a clear picture of the damaged product, and we will arrange a replacement.
